Despite the Court having now entered Phase 2 of a lapse in appropriations (meaning the judiciary has exhausted all available funds to sustain operations), the United States District Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and the United States Probation Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma will remain open and all court hearings and operations will continue as scheduled.  Matters may continue to be scheduled with the Court in the ordinary course.  Public access to the Court- both in person and through the Court’s electronic filing system- will remain unaffected.
