The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma is seeking quotes for remodel work within a chambers office space. Work is described as follows:

Kitchen:

• Remove existing countertop and backsplash, replace with new Quartz countertop and 4" back splash.
• Remove existing stove top.
• Remove existing cabinets, replace with new cabinets.
• Remove existing under counter ice maker and refrigerator, replace with matching cabinet doors.

Restroom:

• Remove existing tile countertop, replace with new Quartz countertop and 4" back splash.
• Remove existing sink and faucet, replace with new sink and faucet.
• Remove existing toilet, replace with new toilet.

Office Closet:

• Remove existing tile countertop, replace with new Quartz countertop and 4" back splash.
• Remove existing sink and faucet, cap water line.

Contractor will be responsible for all stages of work as follows:

• Survey: Site surveys shall be requested prior to beginning of renovation.
• Prep: Protect floors, walls, and any objects/furniture within the work area.
• Demo: Removal of existing cabinets, countertops, and tile as described.
• Cabinetry: Installation of new cabinets and hardware in kitchen area.
• Countertops: Installation of new Quartz countertops in all areas with accompanying 4" back splash.
• Plumbing: Installation of drains and necessary water lines/fittings in designated areas. Install sinks and faucets provided by the court.
• Drywall: Repair or install any new drywall as needed in the course of renovation.
• Paint: Apply 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finish paint in the color designated by the court in all areas specified.
• Clean Up: Removal of all materials, debris, and scrap created during course of renovation. Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop as necessary to remove dust.
• Repair: Repair any damage caused by workers during the course of renovation.

The court will be responsible for the following:

• Removal of furniture and objects within the work area prior to beginning of renovation.
• Supplying fixtures (sinks, faucets) to be installed by contractor.

All materials and paint colors must be approved by the court prior to installation.
